What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, work email address, and the name of your organisation. When you upload a meeting transcript, we process the text to extract commitment signals. We do not collect audio or video recordings.
How we use it
We use your data solely to provide the Continuum service:
- —Extracting commitments from transcripts you upload
- —Tracking commitment state over time within your workspace
- —Sending transactional emails (account, alerts) — no marketing without consent
We do not sell your data, train models on your data, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (hosting, infrastructure).
Transcript retention
Raw transcript text is processed in-region and deleted after extraction is complete. What persists is the commitment graph — the structured signals extracted from the transcript, not the source text itself. You can delete your workspace data at any time from Settings.
Data location
Data is stored and processed in the region you select at workspace creation. We do not transfer data across regions without your explicit instruction.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@continuumstate.io. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
Authentication uses short-lived bearer tokens (JWTs) issued by our identity provider (Zitadel). We do not set tracking cookies. No third-party analytics during the alpha.
