The service

CONTINUUM STATE ("we", "us") provides a commitment-tracking service that processes meeting transcripts to extract and monitor spoken commitments within your organisation. By using the service during the alpha period, you agree to these terms.

Your data

You own your data. We process it to provide the service and retain it only as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your workspace data at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use Continuum to:

• —Process transcripts of individuals without their knowledge or consent
• —Violate applicable privacy, employment, or surveillance laws in your jurisdiction
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service

Alpha terms

The service is provided during alpha without uptime guarantees. Features may change. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing access or making material changes to these terms.

Intellectual property

CONTINUUM STATE and its underlying technology remain our property. We do not claim ownership of your transcripts or extracted commitment data.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" during alpha. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
